Having trouble with a Solidigm or Intel®-branded NAND SSD?

We're here to help.

A basic outline of our warranty process is below:

Key Steps and information for requesting warranty service on your Solidigm SSD:

Step 1: Find the serial number(ISN/SN) and model number on your product label.

Step 2: Use the Solidigm Warranty Checker Tool below to verify if your drive is still under warranty.

Step 3: Raise a support ticket via Solidigm portal.

Step 4: Supply the following SSD-related information.

  • Proof of purchase (Product Invoice)
  • Serial number from your SSD
  • Description of the issue(s)

Step 5: Solidigm support reviews the ticket.

  • A Solidigm representative will reach out to you with next steps.
  • If warranty applies, you will then receive instructions on how to return your product.
Additional Notes
  • If your SSD is Intel-branded, check to see if it's still supported for warranty. (See Warranty Checker link mentioned in Step 2).
  • Intel-branded NAND SSDs: If your SSD was originally branded by Intel, it is supported by Solidigm.
    • Here's a list of Intel® SSDs that have been discontinued.
    • For questions on Optane drives, please contact Intel® support.

Important: If your claim is within 30 days of purchase, we recommend you contact your retailer/place of purchase.
